Ordering for your company?
Every robot above can be ordered with a VAT invoice or leased over 36 months. Full-size and professional models are available online for business customers only.
Business prices exclude VAT. Delivery to your site, deployment and staff training on request.

Why is there no stock in the store?
Our stores are for trying, not for storing. Every robot ships from the European warehouse of the manufacturer or its distributor, usually within one to three weeks, and a Stride specialist sets it up at your home.
Is a humanoid safe around children and pets?
Home humanoids like NEO are soft-bodied and move slowly near people. At delivery we set speed limits and no-go zones with you and show everyone at home how to pause the robot.
What do the cameras see, and who sees it?
At set-up we go through every privacy setting with you, including which rooms the robot may enter and whether remote assistance is allowed. You can change these at any time in the app.
Can I return a robot?
Yes. Online orders come with 14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery. Every robot has a two-year legal guarantee, and Stride Care extends repairs and loan robots beyond that.
Can I pay per month?
Yes. Pay monthly over 36 months through our financing partner, with Stride Care included. The credit check takes a few minutes during checkout.
When can I get Tesla Optimus?
Reserve now at no cost. We confirm price and delivery with you as soon as Tesla opens European orders. Nothing is binding until you confirm.
